Cancellation Policy:
Orders can be canceled as long as they have not yet been dispatched. Once orders have been dispatched, cancellation and refunds are not possible.
Exchanges:
Exchanges may be considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion. All exchange requests will incur a return delivery fee of Rs. 450 unless the exchange is due to the fault of Beauty Edit. The exchange request must be made within 7 days of the original purchase.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items:
If an item is received damaged, defective, or incorrect, arrangements will be made for the goods to be collected, exchanged, or refunded in full at our expense. Any damage or defects must be reported to Beauty Edit within 3 days of purchase.
Returns for Unopened and Undamaged Items:
We will accept returns for unopened, undamaged, and original condition products. Returns due to a change of mind will incur a delivery/transport fee of Rs. 450. The return request must be made within 3 days of the purchase.
Non-Refundable Sale Tab Items:
All items listed under the Sale Tab are non-refundable or exchangeable unless they are damaged or defective. Refunds or exchanges will only be offered for damaged or defective products.
